Occasionally
complaints, mistakes and disputes arise, complaints
should be addressed to the Operations Manager at the
address listed above or by telephone 01420 520505(national
rate) Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. We will contact
you within 5 working days and will work diligently
to resolve any complaints, mistakes or disputes within
a further 14 days.
